What You Expect from your Real Estate Professional
What do you expect from your Real Estate Professional? I expect the obvious answers. Knowledgeable, good listener, honesty, integrity, E.T.C.....
Dig a little deeper, maybe you want someone from a broker like mine Mel Foster Co. who is a major broker in your area. maybe an innovative Techno-Geek that will get your Home noticed on every site out there both locally and nationally, from homes.com to Realtor.com.E.t.c. Someone that will get out there on the social networks and spread the word on facebook, twitter and share with his colleagues on Linked In. Maybe this agent would help to give you some tips on home staging. or recommend a professional for a home inspection.

New to Blogging
Well, I am doing it! I started a blog. I consider my self somewhat a tech savvy REALTOR in most areas, but blogging is pretty new to me, I will try not to bore you and pick topics that will be helpful whether you are in the market to purchase a home, considering selling your home or a content homeowner not planning on selling or buying at the moment, just looking for some useful tips. I will get a bit more creative as I learn about the capabilities of this interface.
